Account Suspension

Hello,

Could you please tell me why my account was suspended and what I need to do to re-open it.

Then click Hosting at the top, then Suspensions, it should tell you why, and if you can unsuspend your self, let you do that,

I did that It listed the reason as not supplied or not available (I tried to check but account panel is down); and said to open a support ticket to find out more (or wording to that affect like i said account panel is down).

Sorry about the duplicate thread I didn't realize that when I submitted a support ticket it went into the forum.

I was able to login to the account panel the suspension details are pasted below:

Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket.

I'm not mad but I wish they would have provided a reason for suspension.

I am guessing it was an error. I will investigate on this.

Just wondering if there was any update to why I was suspended. I know I had purchased the inactivity timer for 1 year so that I didn't need to log into the forums but I was still actively logging into the forums, Thought this would help if this was the reason for suspension.

The system still shows you as suspended, with no reason, but your site is accessable.
I will forward the "bug" on to the Admins to look into, but if you have no other issues (can access cPanel, FTP, etc), please let us know.

I am completely locked out of the account (No CPanel, ftp, or webmail access) My site is still up because I redirected it to another host, I would prefer to stay with x10 because they are reliable but, I've had my account suspended for 3 weeks without receiving a reason.

First of all I apologize for the delay. I looked into your account and it looks as it was suspended for sending to many e-mails, allowed is 100 per hour.
Please make sure you stay under the limit in the future to avoid being suspended again.

Thank You, this was caused by a faulty script I created to make my life easier. I am in the process of migrating my sites information Back to X10. Thank you for providing such an awesome free service
