Account suspension

Hello,

I've been traveling and away from my computer for the last couple of months - and just noticed my x10hosting account got terminated due to inactivity during this time. Would it be possible to reactivate it somehow?

Hello,

If you are sure it has been terminated, no there's no way to reactivate that account. Terminated means all account data is removed from the server.
If you want us to check if that for sure is the case, please provide your hosting account (cPanel) user name so we can check.

You are welcome to sign up for a new account if you wish.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure my account was terminated. My account username is "stovedesign".

Do I have to create a new account, or can I use this one (stovedesign), which seems to still allow me to log on to on your website, to get a new hosting service?

That account has deffo been terminated, I'm afraid.
