Thers isnt any shell in my hosting account just a script which updates my facebook status

The process of suspension was automated, a shell script was detected on your account and you were suspended.

If you're 100% sure there is no shell script, i can review the account and see what i can find, if anything breaching the terms of service is found the account will be suspended permanently.

If nothing is found, you will be unsuspended.
