Dear Sir,

My account was suspended because I hadn't logged in for months. I saw a sentence that told me to open a support ticket. Therefore, I think "Create New Support Request" is what you need.

I need my account to be active again. I hope you can do it for me as soon as possible.

Your suspension doesn't have anything to do with you not logging in, the reason is your account is being moved to a new server.

You should always start your own support thread.

That said, your account is not suspended at this time and appear to be working correctly.
