Account suspension...

Will I be able to get my website back? unfortunately I didn't have an up to date back up of my site. I would like to continue to have my site hosted on your site. I had been away for a while and I couldn't log into the forums to save my account from being suspended.

Hello daniel-lioneye,

I have restored your account from our backups. Can you please check and verify everything is intact?

The account panel will still show you're suspended even though you are infact not. This is due to our back end not being synced yet. It should sync within a few days.
