Account Suspension

It shows that the Account is suspended and domain is available. I use forums frequently so there is not any issue about account inactivation.

Please I kindly request to Active my account.

I don't have option to open support ticket in my account also.

I have restored your account from our backups, can you please confirm with us that all your files are intact and everything is working before we close this thread?

If you have any issues please let us know. Also you will still show suspended in the account panel until we sync our back end.

Yes, Site is loading fine and all files are ok but I am getting problem with database connectivity.

I think still database restoration is remaining. I can't even access CPanel so that I can check the database.

Yes sure,

go to this page and enter any username and password in Login Box, it will give you error about access in database.

It seems that the user does not have the permission for database. If I would be able to access the CPanel then I cound check the database users.

As for cPanel log into the account management panel at http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and submit a password change request.
