Account Suspension

My account when submitted for unsuspension doesn't get processed. I get the fallowing.

I see that the upgrades are finished more or less, so is this because of the upgrades being done? Hope to access my site as soon as possible.

Hello,

Your account was not restored from the backups after recent server moves because you never requested. The last opportunity has already passed and we cannot restore the account. http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/132911-additional-update.html#post727824

Okay excellent lost the web site but I got another copy hopefully the database data is in tact. As some forum said that MySQL is on a different server, so technically the data in the data base should be there.

Anyway, still have two problems it still say's my account is suspended, why? I still haven't been told how I can unsuspended it. Next I can not access the cpanel to upload my site again, says Login Attempt Failed! So my question of why and how to get my account unsuspended hasn't been answered yet.

Account Panel still think you account exist, but it is not. actually after server moves we only restored the accounts that are not suspended, but user with suspended account can get his account back by requesting a restore. This option is gone now because we cleared up backup server to make a room for new backups.

Admins are currently working on removing these broken accounts completely, once its done you can signup for a new account again.

Okay great. So will some one make my day and tell me there's nothing I can do. Don't tell me I lost the sub domain name I originally registered with x10hosting. Is there anyway I can get it back. I like the original sub domain name that had x10hosting.com that I registered in the first place. All I see now is x10.mx and I'm not too keen in that.

So is there anyway to get it back. Why can't my account be added in again is it so hard too when I've registered it, and wasn't informed by email that it would be taken away. I waited till the upgrades were done which too a long time so I didn't bother to visit back till the chaos was over only to find out my account been taken away.

Could have informed me when I logged into to my account and welcomed me with your account is about to be deleted. I didn't complain until now cause I read a thread saying most accounts will appear suspended for no reasons due to the upgrades and if a support request was made it'd be ignored. What is going on here?
