Hi, my account was suspended because I believe I sent a nulled scripts unintentionally.
you could delete files that are malfunctioning and reactivate my account?

As Anna stated, your account is permanently suspended and will remain permanently suspended until it is terminated.
You will not be allowed access to your account or files for any reason.
This is the penalty for zero tolerance violations of x10Hosting terms of service - the same terms of service which you agreed to when you signed up.
