Account Suspension

I did not realize that I could not send mails to too many id's at the same time and now my hosting account has been suspended. I cannot seem to be able to submit a support ticket either. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

You may want to re-read the AUP, which covers bulk mailing.

I don't know about getting support. Have you checked in your Account Panel to View the Suspension Report? - there may be a link to get yourself unsuspended in there.

Or maybe you're suspended for a set period of time, after which you are automatically unsuspended?

I have a question about suspension. I have read the AUP and the TOS, am I allowed to link to other non-profit sites from my website? I think I read somewhere about someone getting suspended for having links to other websites. Thanks.
