Account Suspensions

My account has been 'suspended' twice during the past couple of days. Not only is this an inconvenience, it reflects badly on me with very little reasoning behind it... I've logged into your forums as directed in order to prevent this from happening, so I'm not sure why it has recurred.

In the near future I will likely switch my websites to another service, so that I don't have to log into any forums just to prevent suspensions.

It could very well be the last part of the TOS:

7. Inactivity
Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 10-day period and then terminated. All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account. To prevent an account from being suspended for inactivity it is required users visit the x10Hosting forums located at http://forums.x10hosting.com at least ONCE every TWO WEEKS. Accounts must also have a working website within one week.


I bolded/underlined the key part at the very end; I just viewed the site, and I'm getting an Index Of page, which doesn't count as a working website. Even if it's an under construction page, there needs to be -something- up there, which is my guess as to why it's being suspended, although since you aren't suspended right now I'm not sure what the reason was that it was giving.

An important note when it comes to logging into the forums and getting the visits logged to reset the inactivity timer: Visits shorter then 30 seconds are most likely not logged, I don't know where the limit would be but it is recommended to spend a couple minutes checking if there's any news or service alerts that affects your server.
