To Whom It May Concern:

I am contacting you regarding web hosting suspensions for four of my students who are taking my "Intermediate Web Page Creation" class. As part of their instruction, I have my students sign up with various web hosts, and learn about managing their own web sites on a live web server. I have been doing this for 7 years now, and it has been a great experience for my students.

We are new to X10Hosting, and have been very satisfied with your web hosting service. Unfortunately, four of my students have had their X10 accounts suspended, and they don't know why. The only items my students are instructed to upload to their websites are html, css, jpg, gif, png, and pdf files.

Their X10 subdomain names are:
- www.alexresume.x10.mx (Alex Williams - narf2737@yahoo.com)
- maryloug.x10.mx (Marylou Goedeker - marylou.goedeker@gmail.com)
- theresarose.elementfx.com (Theresa Rose - ReeseRose711@yahoo.com)
- victorp.x10.mx (Victor Preciado - vpreciado2@student.rcc.edu)

Any help with why their accounts were suspended, and how we can clear these suspensions will be greatly appreciated.

Thank You!

Suspension reason on all is inactivity, one of them found out how to unsuspend themselves through the account panel. For all that applies, they can login to the account control panel at http://x10hosting/control and unsuspend themselves, it's located under hosting->suspensions

There is a requirement to login to these forums here at least once every 31 days to keep an hosting account active, with the forum account linked to the hosting account, to avoid such suspension. Posting is optional.

I can not provide further support on accounts that are not registered to you, they'd need to request support using their respective forum accounts if they need any assistance in unsuspending their accounts.

There is a way to get past the login requirement for a small fee, our Prime Membership option: http://x10hosting.com/prime-membership
