A nulled script is a paid script that you stole. This is a permanent suspension, and you will not be unsuspended.
The only way to get you unsuspended is if you can prove you bought the script from the official site

As vigge_swe said unless you can prove that the script was not nulled, that you had a lisence for it or that it is a actually free your account will remain suspended untill it is deleted. You will receve no backup nor database or any files of any kind from your account.

If it wasn't nulled, then you would have purchased a licence for it on the distributors site, and have had to enter it on install. If you didn't pay for it, then it is not legal. It is that simple.

What script? Normally I'd ask for the site, but naming the site would violate x10's TOS if it is indeed trafficking illegal/nulled/warez software, so we'll take the name of the script first. With that we should be able to tell whether it's something you'd normally find nulled or not.
