Account terminated. Why would this happen if it was paid for?

yeah exactly as the subject. Why would an account be terminated if it was paid for not to terminate? I didn't like the idea of logging in every 2 weeks so I paid to not have to.

Are you saying that you paid for an inactivity timer, it was still valid (it only lasts a year), and your account was terminated for inactivity?

When did you sign up for an account and what username was it under? Do you remember any details like what server you were on etc?

Also do you have a receipt of payment for the inactivity timer?
