it is still showing suspended to me in control panel.
it is not coming up...
my username is vineetya
also site is down. the page i am getting is of my backup ns on another hosting. My primary Ns are x10 only...
If you could just provide sql dump of my account, or have me access to site to access mysql, i can have the dump and resetup my site

Please ignore the suspension message in the control panel, the account data is not updated due to some backend issues.

Ya indeed the site is opening.
the back up set, at that time, there was some problem on your servers that erased mysql users. as a result i am getting error.
Further I am NOT ABLE to login to cPanel to recreate the user for mysql..
Please help.. Thanks

Hello,
Currently we have some issues with our backend and password updates. If you submit a password update via the account panel it will get put into a queue hopefully.
The best thing to do would be wait about a day or so and then submit a password update, that way our backend system should be back and fully operational and able to process the update for you.
Once you've reset your password you should be able to log in okay.
