Account unsuspension pending and other problems

Hi, My account was suspended for inactivity in forums, so I created a unsuspension request to unsuspend my free hosting account.Please do it manually because it is 12 hours now since I requested for unsuspension.
Also when I open my main domain x10's error message says subdomain (http://moonfun.x10.mx) doesn't exist, while it is visible in account panel and my parked domain http://akstudy.co.cc is unreachable.

If I try to create new post in free hosting area then it is not allowed to me.I am posting this using account panel.

Thanks for your effort but my account status is suspended in account panel and when I login to cPanel , I get the login attemp failed error and my site http://akstudy.co.cc shows default website page error.

and I can't login to cPanel, although my site and x10's subdomain is working now.

I had changed password on 21st july its status is process wait and I updated my password today again and now again its status is process wait and my account status is suspended and unsuspension request status is process wait too.Also I can't login to cPanel.

Hello akhlesh,

Due to our backend not being fully operational right now and some maintenance still taking place you'll be unable to reset your password just yet. Same goes for the suspension. You can unsuspend yourself once the backend comes back online again.

when this will complete and how do I know that backend is operational?

I am going to close this ticket as the issue has been resolved and the backend should start being synced soon.
