Account unsuspension stuck

Hi,
The unsuspension process seems to be stuck with the message "We're removing the suspension now. Please standby and reload the page in 1 minute." being displayed on the account management page.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

@hotelacu: Yours appears to have resolved on its own in the mean time; it's currently showing as unsuspended.

I am experiencing the same problems as several other users. I followed the steps to unsuspend my account for inactivity, but have received the same message since 23-October. Please help before my data is lost!

My website is stuck on unsuspending account. It just keeps saying that the unsuspend request has been received and to refresh site after 1 minute. It’s been well over a minute and my site is still suspended.
My website domain is: cvproductions.x10host.com

Hello

I've got the same problem has you. It's been 9 days. I've not gotten any significant help except to say they fixed the problem... which was on day 3 of 9 and then got the message that I should login and click the unsuspend link. But of course that it exactly what I did 9 days ago. I've left phone messages and emailmessages every two days and even send a screen capture of this bug... no answers yet. I have patients that need toaccess the site. I really hope that they can work quickly on the problem.
