Hi. My account was suspended for using a proxy. I uploaded Glype's open source proxy script in order to test it for a different site. I had no idea this was against x10hosting's rules, and only used it to access 1 page. The directory is /public_html/p/ , and I would delete it immediately, but my access to the site through FTP and CPanel has been shut off due to the suspension. If there's anything I can do to help speed up the process of account restoration, please let me know.

Thank you,
Leon

Sorry, but these suspensions are permanent and falls under our Zero Tolerance Policy regardless of the purpose of it was. Proxies are explicitly prohibited according to our TOS which you agreed to when signing up.

Is there any way that I can get either the data from my SQL database(s) (in .sql, .txt, whatever's easiest) or temporary access to phpMyAdmin so that I can get these data? My website relies on a database of usernames and other information, and I need this information to continue running the site.

You have to understand this was an honest mistake. It would take only a second to get the data from the "lsunder_funland" MySQL database and email it to leon [dot] sunderman [at] gmail [dot] com.

Thanks again for your time,
Leon

You did agree to the TOS when you signed up, it clearly states proxies to be prohibited.
TOS said:
* Proxies: We do not allow any kind of proxies to be used on our servers, for any reason.

You will not be granted access to your account for any reason, and we will not provide any kinds of backups to accounts permanently suspended for a TOS violation.
