Account won't unsuspend

Hi - I logged into unsuspend my account (suspended due to inactivity, 4 days ago). The CPanel says that my account has been unsuspended, and I received an email saying that my account was unsuspended. However, when I try and log in (ctmedlab.x10.mx), it still says my account is suspended. i've cleared my cache, and tried again, but no luck. Any chance my account wasn't unsuspended properly?

I am having the same issue on my domain (16skittles.x10.mx). The warning email, the unsuspension email, and still showing a suspension.

If I had to take a guess, they might be implementing the suspension with DNS, and the change back to normal hasn't gone through the DNS system yet? Maybe it'll fix itself after a day or two, otherwise there's a bigger problem with unsuspension going on.

I too have the same problem , I wanted to upgrade but before doing so I wanted to check my site over before I released it to the general public , I received the email saying I am un-suspended yet the login only takes you to the cpanel and as others have stated the admin login is permanently looped to the suspended account page and back you go to the cpanel . I fully realize this is at present free hosting but if they can't resolve such a small issue as this I don't think i will be bothering to upgrade , sooner start again on a paid host that I can rely on , as this problem would seem to me at least dead simple to resolve , perhaps I am asking to much , lol .

I am having same issue. I even received email that the site is unsuspended. But, it still does not work.
How long does this take? more than a day?
I suspected browser cache, so, turned of google developer tool that can disable cache. But, it is the same.
What's the problem?
