Dear x10hosting administrator.

I`m writing to you regarding to my account which has been disactivated from incomprehensible reasons.
I was doing a log-in every month to prevent suspension and sometime use public forum.

I read FAQ and forum for looking appropriate answer, but there is no such subject.

Please help me with activate my account and backing-up my data from server.

Hi, can I ask where you logged in every month? Also, we don't keep backups. That is your own responsibility

What Can I do now ?
Is it possible to backup my data from server even when I pay and upgrade to Premium hosting ?

Your account is currently not suspended. You can backup by transferring the files to your own computer via FTP.
If you would like to upgrade to x10Premium, there is an option that allows you to migrate your free account - this is available when signing up.
