Add a new website

How can I add a new website, when I try I just get sent back to the same page again.

Sorry about that; this seems to be a problem with our x10Hosting Basic panel. I'll pass this along to our administrators, but in the meantime, you can use the standard cPanel x3 theme to manage your site (using the "Switch to cPanel x3" button in the top right).

Hi Dead -i, thank you for your advice, I have added a new site.
However when I try to upload the database I get the error message shown below.
