I'm having problems adding an addon domain. After the account transfer my addon domain was removed and displaying some kind of default/error page (talking about cPanel a lot). I attempted to re-add the domain and got the following error message:

"Error from park wrapper: ashgoodwin.info is already configured. "

I understand the staff are going through a lot, but my understanding was that Chopin (where my account lives) was back online. All my files and databases appear to OK.

Thank you for your time.

Hello ashgoodw,

Firstly apologies for the long delay in getting a response, i'm sure you can understand we have a lot of tickets to get through right now. I've just loaded your domain and it seems to work okay, can you please clear your cache and flush your dns and try again?

No need to apologise Hellsheep, I can only imagine how hectic it has been for you!

I have cleared my cache and DNS as instructed, but still have the same problem, i.e. the add-on domain isn't listed in cPanel (but can't be added) and when I browse to the domain I still get the 'Default Web Site Page' (which gives its address as http://ashgoodwin.info/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi - not one of my files). As far as I can tell, all my files and DB were restored correctly, only add-on domain configuration seems to be incorrect, and it won't let me try and fix it.

Hello, can you please try re-add the domain now. It should allow you to re-add it. Let me know if you have any issues.
