Add-on Domain not Working

I'm adding a domain using add-on domain but I can't. It says it is registered to another user though I used it from my previous account which was deleted and now I created another using the same forum account. The first account username was "sphsalor" but was deleted. It was in absolut. Now I registered and was transfered to stoli. How can I use the domain name sphsalumniorg.co.cc if the previous account wasn't deleted yet?

Hello,

Sometimes the domain entry remains on one of the nameservers, the cleanupscript failed for some reason at that point. Could be temporary connectivity issues for instance.

I have now manually cleared out that domain so you should be able to add it in cPanel as an addon doamain.
