The add-on domain for my account don't work at all . I get the following error

(XID 4gvs3q) Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

I'm just just starting to setup the addon domain on this side and I'm not able to . you should be able to do both but in this case no . did you turn that part off on my account because I wasn't using it? Any and help on this would be nice thank you

Did you set the domain's nameservers to x10Hosting's nameservers (ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com)? Did you allow time for the DNS settings to propagate? It's usually pretty quick, but it can take up to 48 hours. (It used to take up to three weeks back in the cave man days.) You can't add the add-on (or parked) domain until the system can see that it's pointing to x10Hosting's nameservers.

The message is telling you that x10's servers took a look on the web and it found the domain pointed somewhere else. It takes time for the changes to work their way through the DNS system (it's distributed, not a single server); give it time.

Have you registered that domain with dot.tk, you would need to do that (as well as set name servers) for any and all .tk domains you want to be using?
By the looks when I check it may not be properly registered, some dns tools suggests it is available to register actually (did not try to reg it at dot.tk though).

Have you also set the name servers for the domain to ours (ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com)? If you have, you could try again, please note though that there may be a bit delay before the new domain, and its new settings, are recognized all over Internet. As essellar said it can take up to 48 hours for changes to fully propagate (includes registering a domain as well as changing settings on it).
