Adding a domain after deleting...

Hi there,

I would like to ask a little help for this.

After I deleted a parked domain (cause the site was not ready yet and I didn't want it to be public) which used to work perfectly, now that I'm trying to add it back again it says "Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar."

I've checked the dns names on my domain server and they are set:
ns2.x10hosting.com
ns1.x10hosting.com

Any idea?

Try using the IPs

99.198.122.2
and
108.178.57.230

What is the domain in question? Unfortunately cPanel sometimes uses that exact same wording even if the issue technically isn't with the name servers. One common cause is that cPanel finds out that the domain is still present in the system, something caused the removal to not be complete. We'll need to manually clear it if that is the case.

Solved! Thanks I managed to solved this.

This is embarrasing but I think I missspeled the domain and then the browser saved it wrong for the rest of the tries.
