Additional Storage request

Hi, would it be possible to have additional space? I moved my website to your servers a few weeks ago and I really like the dashboards etc. I’m currently reviewing past posts and making sure the media works with the links.

it’s been great so far, but I’m over the storage limits and I can’t upload any more files. I want to upload mainly pictures in medium resolution, so it’s not massive needs, but 500mb is really limited these days... I’ve checked the requirements to ask, and my website meets them all.

Hi, sorry to chase but I am still waiting for this... I can't do anything at all with the website at the moment and will have to move to a new server if I can't get more storage

you mentioned you need the space for images/media files.
x10 free accounts are limited to 500 mb for that according to the terms of service.
the 'personal image and video galleries' specify that.

it is unlikely staff will grant you the increase with a free account.
you would need to get a premium account instead of a free one.

It’s not personal files, it’s files to use on the website.
But I’ll go to another supplier that provides 1 GB, if that’s the case.
Guess who’s not going to recommend x10 to others?

Seeing as your account is currently suspended for inactivity, you may want to resolve that first, if you plan on not using our service that's perfectly fine, I'll just not verify the account for possible increase until I hear back.
