Addon domain related issue

With respect to my domain bluebirdtourism.x10.mx, I have tried to add an domain: www.arvensislab.com. Due to some unknown issue, somehow inspite of getting added, it is not showing up in the add-on domain list. It would be great if you can kindly delete the add-on domain www.arvensislab.com so that I can use it as parked domain.

Hi.. Sorry for the follow up... It would be great if you resolve the issue at the earliest so that once I finish with the development and website structuring, I can go ahead and purchase a premium hosting plan. Request you kindly respond suggesting a possible solution that can help me fix the add-on domain issue.

For what this is worth, I am seeing an "Open Cart" from that page. Looks like it active

I see that the domain in question is currently set as a parked domain in your account, and properly lists as such in cPanel as well.
Is there any issues with this still?

Thanks for your effort. This problem was resolved today itself and due to some unknown reason, the moment I have added a second addon domain, both the domain fortunately shown up. Once again thanks for your response.
