After the recent switch I do not have my subdomains configured in cPanel. When trying to add them again cPanel reports they are already added; even though they are not listed and appear not to be configured when visiting the site.

All files seem intact when checked through FTP and the speed increases seem phenomenal and are greatly appreciated, congratulations on that.

I am very sorry I hadn't realised the issue had been referred to the forum and was waiting for a reply on the support section not realising there had been an almost immediate reply.

Back to the issue the sub domain that I can't add back is 15thdoverscouts.org.uk. At the moment the URL works because it redirects to a backup hosting provider but I should still be able add the subdomain to cPanel so I can switch the DNS back to point at x10.

Thanks for looking into the issue

Hello, you should be able to add 15thdoverscouts.org.uk now.

Many Thanks, Iain
