well since it seems that my account is finally settled in chopin, i would like to ask if you still have problems with adding addon domains, it still says that my old addon domain is already configured so i cant re-add it again, just want to know if it's still being fixed or what's its status right now

Hello,

What is the domain in question? It is probably still noted on the name servers, which is why you have problems. Other then that, there should be no other issues with addon domains now.

ok , thanks a lot, it did work, but i have 1 small thing left, when i try to add the domain 'elite-bureau.co.cc' to a different place than directly under my 'public_html' it sets a redirection to 'http://x10cossacks.x10hosting.com/cgi-sys/movingpage.cgi' i try to remove the redirection but it doesn't get removed though i get a confirmation message, it gets added normally when i add it on the 'public_html' directory, currently i'm trying to add it inside 'public_html/domains'

Should not do that anymore. The problem was an .htaccess that were not properly removed, the reason you could not sort that faulty redirect was that the .htaccess file was set to be owned by the root user.
