AdFree Server (Cossacks) Apache/Http Offline

Apache is offline in the cossacks server, I have viewed http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/13706-x10hosting-services-up-down.html and that is claiming the Http for cossacks is off.

Any idea when it will be back up?
