Admin Help Needed: My mailboxes on x10 free account box not working

when I try to send email from GMAIL.com to one of the 3 emails on my x10 hosted webserver I get the following error message (actual email addresses removed.)

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

  myemail@mck.x10.mx

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain mck.x10.mx by mck.x10.mx. [198.91.81.6].

The error that the other server returned was:
550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client.
550-mail-yk0-f178.google.com [209.85.160.178]:62257 is not permitted to relay
550 through this server without authentication.

Hi,

Great to hear! Your account's mail delivery setting had been somehow set incorrectly. I changed it so that all incoming mail went to the right place.
