I am currently using Hesk's Help Center right now and for some reason I can't access the admin files. They either give me a database error or they give me a 404 error. I have the files in my folder but it won't respond. It worked perfectly the first time I used it.

If you're getting a 404 error it means a page it's looking for is missing. And for the database error, it depends what the error is there are multiple database errors.

1. I cant be getting 404 errors since the file names were taken from the folder.
2. I used to be able to access the admin tools before this. Also it's only 1 database error per page.

... If you're getting a 404 error it's not finding it, which means it not there. Again, depending on the database error it means different things. Saying you have a database error means nothing without the actual error you're having.

If you go to https://mfhome.x10hosting.com:2083/frontend/x3/sql/index.html you can create a new user there. After doing that, you'll need to add the user to the database so that user has permissions to alter the info of that database. After you're done there, you'll just need to find the config file of your script and change the user to the one you've just created.

This is going to be very funny for you because there is no config file.

Well according to the thumbnail you attached, it looks like the file it's referring to is (if you're looking on FTP) mfhome.us.to/help_center/inc/database.inc.php

yesl, correct that is what the database error is referring to. For some reason I could have accessed the admin area when I first installed it do you think it would have made any changes that I wouldn't know of?

I think the file you are looking for is 'public_html/mfhome.us.to/authconfig.php' around line47.
