The 403 error you experienced was due to the website being suspended. Your account was suspended because the software in question is a type known to traffic illegal material, and also because the same software has no translation modules available to put the site in English, Spanish, or French as required in the Terms of Service. Said software defaults to Vietnamese, which I have investigated as that's a highly unusual language to have as a default, since Vietnam is currently in our list of Blacklisted Countries due to abuse in the past. I have confirmed that the signup process has been bypassed with a proxy, which is a zero-tolerance violation.

At this time, the account will remain suspended permanently; this decision is final.
