Hi,

Unfortunately we cannot change account usernames at this time. This is because of how accounts are internally linked between the server, our accounts server and the forums.

If you have another forum account, you can link that account from the "Support" section of cPanel, if that helps.

First of all, thank you for the prompt reply and it's ok, I will stick whatever I have for now. Lastly, in regards of the free web hosting accounts with emails, is there a quota or max storage for emails inbox?

The email storage would be included in your account quota, there's no separate quota for the email accounts alone, or be capped at what quota you set them when creating new accounts in cpanel.
