Ads on the Side Bar

I was going to suggest making the ads static on the side of the forum. I have a habit of clicking before I scroll to make sure its on the web page. Just a suggestion

as far as I know, the ads would only show if you are not logged into the forums. At least I see none. Could be they go away as soon as you reach a certain post count or something.

Once you login those ads go away, once you reach a certain post count the leaderboard at the top goes away

edit: The ads on the sides are more to monetize the traffic that comes from search engines, not from our users.
