After Illuminated update cannot switch to cpanel

I am not able to login (or open) to cpanel. By default I am logging in to x10hosting basic. When I try to switch theme to cpanel x3, it automatically logs me out. When I login again I am again back to x10 basic interface. Two pages where I stuck in between:-

I cannot even open a support ticket.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues when using our self-switcher. I have manually switched your theme to cPanel x3.
