After Update all my data is deleted from server. *****Help

Hello x10 Team,
Im using a free hosting account. I have hosted website on this account. during update it was down and now when server is up again my site isn't working as all my data is deleted from the server. And i never had a backup of site. Please help and let me know how can i get back my data ?
