All Database gone - requesting backup if possible

All of my database just disappeard. I dont know if they broken or if they got somehow hacked, my login password is not very strong but if i try to change it i cant login to cPanel anymore.

database name is golyat_Golyat

It would be great if you can restore a backup since i am learning how to use typo3 for college.
Typo3 needs database and since i made no backup myself many hours of work would be gone.

If you go to phpMyAdmin or the other cPanel tools, are the databases gone?

Or are you just having a problem connecting from a web page/script?

EDIT/ADD:

Just noticed a half dozen or so of you on the same server, Stoli , are having the same problem. They might be all related.
I have PM'd an Admin about the problem.
