All Files and databases are missing since the migration

my site is missing all files and databases since the migration

I am able to login to cpanel but it and file manager show no files or databases for my site

files and databases still have not be restored, error 403 forbidden when trying to access site, would please like some kind of word on how much longer this issue is going to take for some kind of resolution

Your file permissions were messed up. They're fixed now.

everything seams to be good, thanks

there does seam to be a problem using horde to read email, when I try I get an error message,

"This webpage has a redirect loop"

The webpage athttps://absolut.x10hosting.com:2096...p/&horde_logout_token=BZ1cGLOKap8l-E16I3YNhA4 has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.
