I discovered all of my files are gone for my website. I received no notification from x10hosting and do not know if they are doing server maintenance, so am wondering what happened to all my files for my website and how I can get it restored. Is there a way to contact x10hosting directly about this?
Any information will be appreciated.

Your files are not deleted - when the server is back up they will be there

They (x10hosting) do not give ETAs - and work to get the service back up as quick as they can

the best place to find server status - is to read the last few post in this forum - next best is [ http://status.x10hosting.com/ ]

Site is back. I can access the cPanel, but my FTP client gets the message "Connection refused".
I do have everything setup properly, as I access the FTP often.
Any reason the site would be back, but not FTP access?
