Hello,
All files has been deleted on my account , is there was any special reason or violation of the TOS !!!

They are not deleted.

Looks like your account has been partially moved onto the new server, as announced at http://status.x10hosting.com

When the move of your account has been fully completed, you'll find that everything is there again.
