All Files missing since migration

According to file manager, all files and directory structure are missing after migration: opening any directory take me to my home directory, with the message "This directory is empty."

Also (possibly related?) visiting any address hosted on x10 comes back with a 403 error. Non-x10 subdomains work correctly.

Affected domains: roadierich.elementfx.com and roadierich.co.uk.
