I am having this issue aswell. I spent about 3 weeks designing a website and instantly it's all gone. I am most likely going to be switching hosts.

Dont worry just yet.
x10 most likely lost connection to there storage servers due to the datacenter issues.
Once this is resolved we should have our files back.
