All MySQL data bases used?

For some reason it says i used all My SQL databases. I should have only used one. Wordpress. If a staff member can remove the other one that would be great. Thanks

You can remove the database not in use through cPanel, there's two listed in there for you, the second one does contain data by the looks as well.

One of them should be ad management do you know which one that is?

I have no idea what content you have in your databases, using phpmyadmin you can take a look though for what content they have in them though.
Just keep in mind that once you deleted one, if you don't have backups yourself, they are gone, so be sure about what you delete.
