It is loading for me. Have you tried clearing your cache?

If index.php isn't loading for you, replace the .php with a .html for the meantime and it should load up just fine.

No still it is not accessible. But i can access through http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082/frontend/x3/index.html. But now my database tables are lost. I have put in a separate post for this issue http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/102847-my-tables-lost-database.html
