am unsuspended but can no neither login to cPanel on stoli or connect through FTP

Hello,

I was wondering what happened to my website when I started reading the threads.

As I was able to login to the Account Management System again, I found out my account was suspended. So I took care of that, but now I'm trying to get to the server via FTP and re-upload my website that i've backed-up and I keep getting the error that i'm not connecting to the server, so what's the new FTP address? i thought ...

So, then I looked through and found on the AMS page 'Hosting Account Management' a button-link to the cPanel login page for stoli but when i got there and typed what i thought was my login and password it just keeps coming up: Login Attempt Failed!

I think I need help.

Hello,

I have started the restore for your account, it should be available in a couple hours. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations.

I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order in 24 hours.
