I have had that a couple times on my account as well, might be related to the work going on.
You should however be able to login directly to directadmin as well: x12.x10hosting.com:2222 using the username as shown in your screenshot and the same password as you login to that page with. Note that doing this will not count towards activity so it is adviced to make sure you use the sso regularly as well once the maintenance and transfers are completed.

Unfortunately I can't login with directadmin as it says the lgin details are incorrect. Tried both my username and email with the password I use to login to x10hosting page.
