Hi Anna/Garrett, I've already been restored recently (thank you! =) and after that you directed us to the consolidated issues thread... now that thread directs us to open new thread... I'm still seeing the lingering issue since the restore, not getting past the [Open cPanel] button into directAdmin... consistently wind up at page with:

Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.
An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry​

That was my bad, I forgot to enable one tiny little but important part of your account.

I have corrected this and you should now be able to properly log in.
