I can't access my site control panel and site is showing 'apache is functioning normally' I gather this is to do with missing the required monthly login, which I confess is probably the case, and apologise for. Is there any way for this site to be recovered, or is it too late.

From a quick browse of the forum you must be fed up with this sort of query but any sort of help would be most appreciated to remedy this genuine mistake.

Thanks

Nothing to apologize for and no one is fed up. It's all just copy and paste, anyway.

Your last login was November of last year. After 30 days, your account is eligible for suspension. 21 days after suspension, your account is eligible for deletion. Your account was purged two weeks ago, which is far over the normal period. Because of the server migration, backups were available, but they are being deleted. I will request an admin look into this for you, but this restoration is not something that x10 has ever advertised in the past and will not do in the future.

Even though we are past the original grace period agreed on among staff, the backup package was still readily available, so I have started the restore for your account, it should be done in a few minutes.

Let me know if something is not working right.
