Another DNS propagation question

I am trying to add a domain to my account. I do have the DNS correct, my registrar tech support. Been waiting on propagation.
I did a NS lookup on NS1.x10hosting.com to see what I may find, now this I don't understand:

DNS server handling your query: 99.198.122.2
DNS server's address: 99.198.122.2#53

** server can't find gaming.sakima.net.frog.qrq.de: REFUSED

What in Hades is the german (.de) extention on my domain request. Any ideas Staff?

Queries on the Web show that subdomain has Nameservers:
freedns5.registrar-servers.com
freedns2.registrar-servers.com
freedns3.registrar-servers.com
freedns4.registrar-servers.com
freedns1.registrar-servers.com

ie, not pointed to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

OK thanks, their d##m Tech Support put it in. Contacting them again thank you!

Update, just got off a 1 hr chat with their Support Staff and they say it is now propagating also with a new "A" record. I will check in 4 hours and see if it is working. Thank you all for your help.

Now get this, just checked the "A" record is working now pointing to 99.198.122.2 but there is no NS at all. Looks like tomorrow we do this all over again.

It's not anything here. I can not get my NS to propagate. I am going back for the third time to the support section of Namecheap to start it.

I need some help form one of the community mods. Having worked in an ISP Tech Spt I thought I understood the DNS structure but this making me pull my hair out.
By doing a DOS (CMD) NSLookup:
> server 184.172.206.242 {freedns1.registrar-servers.com}

When I use: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/gaming.sakima.net
I only get eastern countries recognize the new DNS; Russia, China, Malaysia. Over 24hrs now.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Does anyone have any idea on what is going on here? Again the only places recoginizing the DNS change is Russia, China, & Malaysia.

Since almost 72 hrs since the DNS "propagation" and I decided to try to add my domain:
gaming.sakima.net
and I got the dreaded error:

Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar

Free Hosting mods, any idea on how to fix?

I am going to ask the mods to close this thread. I have been asking for assistance for a week and none coming. I will keep my hosting with X10 and will no longer worry about adding a domain to it.

Btw, are you using the x10basic theme? I found out on another users account that it worked perfectly fine in full cpanel x3 theme but failed in basic, but only when adding as addon domain, parked worked for both themes in that case. Might be worth trying to switch theme.
