Hello guys,

I am facing some troubles adding a domain to my free services,

I've done the DNS changes in godaddy to ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com.
I've done the steps in the wiki to add a domain.
I've waited more than 72 hrs.

Domain Name: TODOENLATROMPA.COM
Registrar: GODADDY.COM, LLC
Whois Server: whois.godaddy.com
Referral URL: http://registrar.godaddy.com
Name Server: NS1.X10HOSTING.COM
Name Server: NS1.X10PREMIUM.COM
Name Server: NS2.X10HOSTING.COM
Name Server: NS2.X10PREMIUM.COM

What error message are you getting?

Why are you using ns1.x10premium.com?

Yes I've tried with the premium ones. This is the error

Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar.

1. Remove the premium nameservers
2. Check https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/TODOENLATROMPA.COM
Apparently nobody else can find the nameserver information for your domain. (as of this time)
3. For some reason, GoDaddy is not broadcasting the information. Maybe try contacting their support and asking them why.

That is do to the error in cPanel - it (cPanel) has not 'set' that domain in the domain-name-servers (DNS)
see --> [ http://whois.domaintools.com/todoenlatrompa.com ]
and see --> [ http://network-tools.com/default.asp?prog=express&host=todoenlatrompa.com ]

3. For some reason, GoDaddy is not broadcasting the information. Maybe try contacting their support and asking them why.todoenlatrompa.com
as the above two links show GoDaddy IS broadcasting the information

IMO this is one more of those issues with setting domains in cPanel after the hardware upgrade and migrations - and NOT with GoDaddy

Thanks bdistler!

In fact, that's a GoDaddy is actually broadcasting the correct information.

Nobody can find my DNS because x10hosting ns doesn't recognizes my domain.

According to Cpanel forum the solution is enable "allow unregistered domains"

That would be because our nameservers throw away all UDP traffic for security reasons.

Do you want it parked, or as an addon. If an addon, give me the directory. I'll manually add it.
